Adzuki Seeds for Sprouting. 

Adzuki beans are rich in nutrients, such as fiber, protein and manganese. They are linked to several health benefits, including weight loss, improved digestion and a lower risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Adzuki seeds will grow to twice their size during the sprouting process. They have a nutty flavour and are a great substitute for kidney beans in those Mexican dishes, just add after the cooking process to retain the nutrient value.
