WHERO PEA HUMMUS

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag Wright Sprouts Whero Pea
    (200g)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  • pinch salt

Method

Mix all ingredients to desired consistency using a food processor.

To Serve

Spread hummus on a serving plater drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika on top. Serve with sliced vegetables.

Spread hummus on flour tortilla, top with Wright Sprouts Alfalfa or Wright Sprouts fresh Broccoli Mix.

Roll up and serve whole or sliced.
