Cheesy Sprouted Chickpea Melts

Recipe:

  • 100gm Sprouted chickpea
  • 1 Vienna loaf sliced
  • Garlic Butter
  • Pizza Sauce
  • 80g Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Take your sliced loaf place on a lined oven tray.
  3. Spread with garlic butter, place under the grill till butter melts.
  4. Remove from oven, spread pizza sauce, place baby spinach, sprouted chickpeas and greater cheese on the top of each slice.
  5. Back in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper to desired taste. Ready to eat.


Serving suggestions:

2 adults and 1 child. This recipe could easily be adapted to feed more.
