Cheesy Sprouted Chickpea Melts
Recipe:
- 100gm Sprouted chickpea
- 1 Vienna loaf sliced
- Garlic Butter
- Pizza Sauce
- 80g Baby Spinach
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
- Take your sliced loaf place on a lined oven tray.
- Spread with garlic butter, place under the grill till butter melts.
- Remove from oven, spread pizza sauce, place baby spinach, sprouted chickpeas and greater cheese on the top of each slice.
- Back in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to desired taste. Ready to eat.
Serving suggestions:
2 adults and 1 child. This recipe could easily be adapted to feed more.
