Terry's Tom and Sprout Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium size tomatoes
  • 4 eggs hard boiled peeled
  • bunch fresh basil chopped
  • 2 heaped Tbsp mayonnaise of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Wright Sprouts Broccoli Mix Sprouts

Method:

Cut tomatoes into eights and put aside in a bowl, then cut the eggs in to eights as well, now add to the tomatoes.

Wash and roughly chop the basil and add with the broccoli mix sprouts to the tomatoes and eggs.

Fold in the mayonnaise gently through the mixture.

This salad is ready to serve and it goes well with anything, is just so yummy.

Variation: You can use other herbs in this recipe, coriander is an option or parsley even mint.
