Rice paper wrap for lunch


  • 1/2 cup Wright Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts or any of the Alfalfa mixes
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1 carrot grated 
  • Salad mix
  • Hummus
  • Mayonaise of your choice
  • Rice paper sheets


Soak 2 sheets of rice paper in warm water on a dinner plate until soft, drain off excess water. Put hummus in the middle of the wrap top with grated carrot, avocado slices, then salad mix and alfalfa sprouts and mayonaise.

Fold in the sides of the rice paper and then roll the side nearest you over the filling and tuck in, then roll the wrap up tight. Allow drying for 5 minutes and then slice in half on an angle, it is now ready to serve.

Note: This wrap will keep well for several hours until your lunch break. They are also great as a starter or when you need to take a plate to a party and can be dipped into tamari sauce.
