Raw Jaffa Cream Balls


Food processor, dehydrator (optional)


  • 1 cup Wright Sprouts Raw Energy Muesli
  • 1 1/2 cup whole oats soaked in water overnight
  • 1 orange zest of
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao powder
  • 3 oranges (optional)


Drain the oats and rince well, then put in the food processor with the cacao powder and honey and process while adding the dates one at a time. Blend until well mixed and the dates are chopped through.

Put the muesli into a flat bowl so you can coat the balls, using a teaspoon make small balls of the mixture and roll in the muesli to coat all over. This recipe makes 16-20 balls store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Variation: Slice the 3 oranges into 5 mm slices and place on a dehydrator tray and dehydrate until completely dry. Put the Raw Jaffa Cream ball on top of the dried orange slice and press down.

Note: This yummy little treat is not technically raw as the whole oats are heated. But be aware that it is a treat, and treats are not for everyday consumption.
