Radish Salsa


  • 1 cup diced Rambo or Daikon Radish
  • 2 vine ripened tomatoes 
  • 1-2 spring onions finely sliced
  • 1/2 bag of Wright Sprouts Broccoli Mix
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


Roughly chop the tomatoes and put in a Nutri-Bullet or blender and blend to liquify. Put the diced radish, spring onions and broccoli mix into a bowl and pour the tomato mixture over this, add the lemon and gently fold through.

Season to your taste and refridgerate 30 minutes and serve.

Makes 1/1/4 cups of salsa.

NB: This is a very refreshing salad and will compliment any BBQ or with salmon.
