Malcolm's Parsley Dressing


  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 T caster sugar
  • 2 cups oil
  • 2 cups chardonnay
  • 2 T wholegrain mustard


Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Will keep in a container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Excellent with Wright Sprouts Adzuki Beans.
