Crunchy Sprout Salsa
This delicious Sprout Salsa is full of colour and will look stunning on the Christmas table. Its so quick and easy to prepare and has become a firm favourite for our family barbecues.
- 1 Packet The Wright Crunchy Mix Sprouts
- 1 apple diced with skin on
- 1 courgette diced
- ¼ cucumber diced
- 1-2 tomato diced
- 1 tbsp Tui BarB Sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Telegraph Hill Wasabi Vinaigrette or Balsamic Vinaigrette
Diced apple, cucumber, tomato and courgette add with sprouts to a bowl, in a smaller bowl mix the sauces until well combined, then fold this through the other ingredients and serve.
Note: Adding chopped fresh herbs coriander, parsley, parcell, or sorrel will add some green to this recipe, and give it a freshness. Have fun with it.
Can be served on a bed of salad greens as in the photo or just on the Christmas table.
This also goes very well with leftover Ham or Turkey.
