Chilli Salsa

This easy to make refreshing Salsa is a great condiment to any dish, it adds freshness and flavour with just enough bite.


  • 2-3 roma tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 red sweet chilli (the large one)
  • 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup radish sprouts or Wright Sprouts Broccoli Mix, which contains radish sprouts. 


Finely chop the red onion and place in a bowl, cut the top off the chilli and slice in half, remove all the seeds, if you are not wanting too much heat then remove all of the membranes as well. This is done by slipping a very sharp knife along the membrane close to the flesh of the chilli, slice along the entire length and remove.

If you aren't worried about the heat then leave both membranes and seeds and chop finely then add to the bowl.

Chop the roma tomatoes finely, mix through the onion and chilli, add the apple cider vinegar, mix well, leave to sit for 5 minutes, last add the sprouts and fold through.

Ready to serve.
