Chickpea Sprouted Hummus
- Food Processor or High Powered Blender
- 1 bag Wright Sprouts Chickpea Sprouts
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Place all ingredients into the blender/processor and blend until the desired consistency is achieved, if you wish a thinner consistency add some more water.
This hummus can be a healthy replacement for butter or margarine.
Spread hummus on serving platter, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika on top. Serve with sliced vegetables.
Spread hummus on flour tortilla, top with Wright Sprouts Alfalfa or Wright Sprouts Broccoli mix, sliced tomato, salad mix or any other ingredients of your choice. Roll up and serve whole or sliced.
