Chickpea & Sunflower Fritter with Smoked Paprika Dressing
- 1 cup Wright Sprouts Chickpea Sprouts
- 1 cup Wright Sprouts Sunflower Sprouts
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put chickpea sprouts in food processor and pulse to lightly chop move to a bowl and add other ingredient and mix together. Pan fry in a small nonstick pan.
Smoked Paprika Dressing
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 25 ml cider vinegar
- 1 tsp orcona smoked paprika
- 25 ml apple syrup
Put all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well to Combine
Serve with side salad.
