Raw Energy Crunchy Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 red cabbage shredded finely
  • 1 medium beetroot grated or julienned 
  • 1 large carrot grated or julienned
  • 1 bag Wright Sprouts Crunchy Mix Sprouts
  • 1/2 Cup Wright Sprouts Raw Schmogle (Sunflower and Pumpkin Dried Sprouts)
  • 1/2 cup of roughy chopped fresh herbs of your choice.
  • Dressing of your choice

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss well, garnish with either alfalfa sprouts or micogreens and your favourite dressing. I like chilli and Lime dressing but it is all about personal taste.

Herbs that go well in this salad are mint, basil, lemonbalm, flat leaf parsley or a combination.

Use your imagination and create ne flavours.
