Raw Energy Breakfast with Kiwifruit

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Rawlife Raw Energy Muesli
  • 4 Tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 kiwifruit
  • 1 cup water
  • extra yoghurt
  • chopped nuts of your choice, these can be activated.

Method:

Soak the muesli in water overnight it should take up all the water but if you have any excess drain this away in the morning.

Peel kiwifruit and slice 4 thin slices and set aside, chop the rest of the kiwifruit and add with the yoghurt, soaked muesli and vanilla to a food processor and process to form a creamy consistency.

Transfer to the serving bowls top with extra yoghurt, sliced kiwifruit and nuts.

Serves two.

Note: Soaking the Raw Energy muesli overnight will reactivate the sprouts so they digest much easier and faster so, you will have instant energy.
