Chickpea & Sunflower Fritter with Smoked Paprika Dressing

Sprout Fritter

  • 1 cup Wright Sprouts Chickpea Sprouts 
  • 1 cup Wright Sprouts Sunflower Sprouts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Put chickpea sprouts in food processor and pulse to lightly chop move to a bowl and add other ingredient and mix together. Pan fry in a small nonstick pan.

Smoked Paprika Dressing 

  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 25 ml cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp orcona smoked paprika
  • 25 ml apple syrup

Put all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well to Combine

Serve with side salad.
