Bean & Potato Salad with Chardonnay Mayonnaise and Grilled Salmon
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- ¼ Cup Chardonnay
- ½ tsp Wholegrain mustard
Mix the ingredients together until combined.
Bean & Potato mix
- 4 medium potatoes cooked then diced when cold
- ½ bag of The Wright Sprouts Adzuki beans
- ½ bag of Wright Sprouts Lentils (or use 1 mixed bag of Wright Sprouts Adzuki, Lentil and Baby Mung)
Combined the Potatoes, beans and mayonnaise in a bowl. Check the seasoning.
Serve with a piece of grilled salmon over the top with a little side salad.
